Well, hrm. I try to find time to update, I start an update, and then I never finish it. I'm a bad diarist.

Since I last updated:

1. I got a roommate.


2. She has 2 cats.


3. Jinx is growing up so big.


4. We got another puppy. His name is Cobie.


5. Cobie is growing SO FAST.


6. They are great buddies.


7. My sister Kandis came home for a visit.


8. I got a really cute haircut.


9. Lots of family came in to town to visit while Kandis was here.


10. Our baby brother turned 21!


11. We silly-stringed the hell out of him that morning.


12. Then he took his girlfriend to her senior prom.

So that's pretty much the scoop around here.

I was worried about having both puppies, like was it a good idea, etc. But you know what, they love the hell out of each other and Jinx is not so neurotic and psycho now that she has someone to play with ALL THE TIME. There's no way I could have given her the amount of playtime and undivided attention she needed every day and still live a life. So it's working out really well. And he is the sweetest dog, such a fast learner and eager to please. Unlike Jinx who is smart as a whip but very headstrong and eager to explore and do what SHE wants instead of what anyone else wants her to do. So it's working out famously.

I did not renew my gold membership. I didn't get a single notice about it expiring via email this year and when I realized that the time had passed, I decided fuck it. I pay for image hosting elsewhere and that's that. I changed a few lines of code and my diary looks the same.

My school is paid off and I should be able to get my degree very soon. I had some help from two very special guardian angels and I want to personally thank them from the bottom of my heart for their assistance. Things were looking pretty bleak for a while.

In one week, we had Bill Clinton in town, then a few days later Barack and Hilary were here for the Montana Democrat's annual dinner. It was quite a circus in town. We had the secret service staying at the hotel. I had a great conversation with one very cute agent in particular... but his phone rang and duty called. Bummer. Their speeches went well, helped me decide exactly who I'm voting for. At least for now. I have over a month til the primary so I may change my mind still.

Anyway it was bothering me that I hadn't updated in so long. Now I must go take my dogs for a walk and then work on a cover letter to snag a job for which I'm going to apply. Hopefully I will be inclined to update this more frequently.
